Dear Clammies,

Today marks 10 weeks 3 days and you guys grew so much in the last two weeks, it is unbelievable. Your dad couldn’t make it to this weeks appointment and boy did he miss out! When you showed up on the monitor during the ultrasound you were just kicking and bouncing away. It was amazing to see you both move so much. You were doing somersaults, throwing your arms up, kicking up and down and dancing up a storm. No wonder I’m so tired, you two are having a party in my belly!! Baby A is measuring at 10w2d and 33.8mm. Baby B is still being a little piggy and measures at 10w4d and 35.5mm. That is just about and inch and a half. You are both about the size of my thumb. So very tiny yet so full of life. I cannot wait to see you again next week. We have our first OB appointment and then the week following we get released from Dr. McConnell’s care. What a HUGE stepping stone! 6 more weeks until we find out your genders. We are both so excited to know. We have picked out a second girls name in the event you are both girls. Your dad picked this one out, lucky for him I liked it. Lyric Echo Marley Barr. We have come so far to get to this point and we can’t wait to finally see you.

Dear Clammies,

You are 8 weeks 3 days old in my belly today. We had another ultrasound and you are both doing perfect. Baby A was measuring 8w1d at 17mm and Baby B the hog is 8w3d at 18.7mm. You grew so much from two weeks ago you almost look like human.  Maybe a baby alien with flaps for arms. I’ve been having a lot of cramping and pressure lately,  I was really worried, but the Doctor said it was normal as my uterus stretches. Luckily I have had zero morning sickness and I am so happy about that! If I wait too long to eat I start to feel gross and at night I feel a little run down and ick, but otherwise I feel great! You little clammies must be taking it easy on me. We weighed in at a whopping 125 pounds!! That is 3 pounds up from two weeks ago. You little guys are making me a piglet!! Your dad and I are both waiting very impatiently to find out your gender. About 8 more weeks and we’ll know!! We go back for another ultrasound in two weeks so stay growing strong until we see you again!!
