Since Shenzie learned how to roll places I have to be very careful about letting Shenzie and Heaten “play” together. Before they started being able to get around I could lie them side by side, but enough apart that they couldn’t hurt each other. Then they started squirming to new places and I would find them hitting each other in the face, pulling on each others ears, kicking each other in the head…you name it. Now that Shenzie can roll to get where she wants to go it has opened up a whole new world of fun. I will leave the room for a couple of minutes and come back to Shenzie in a completely different area of the room. Today I laid them on opposite ends of the blanket and gave them each a toy. I guess Shenzie liked Heaten’s toy better. She rolled over to him….took his toy while dropping hers and rolled away. Ok, she’s sharing and leaving her toy for Heaten to play with…awwww sweet. Oh no…don’t let her fool you. She then dropped her new toy and rolled back over to Heaten and took that toy too! Poor Heaten didn’t know what hit him. He just looked at her like ‘Sissy, what did you go and do that for’. I guess he better learn how to roll pretty quick or he’s getting left in the dust!

She definately got my “mean gene”. I never did share well with others and I still don’t! Poor Jeff….what’s mine is mine and what is his is ours. See….everybody wins. =)

Ha ha. Don’t worry. He will soon figure out how to stand
up for himself. My Abbey use to take all Katie’s toys.
Now Katie smacks her upside the head with her plastic
bowl. Not that we condone that type of behavior, however.
