Four is the magic number! Shenzie has two new teeth popping through. I noticed them Monday (July 30th)….weird thing…..they are not the two middle top teeth but one middle top tooth and the side tooth next to it. No wonder she is having a tough time napping…poor little teething girl. Why oh why must teething be so hard….and why does it last for so long.
When you leave NICU they offer rooming in for a night to make sure you are ok to take the baby (ies) home. They let you stay in a hospital room with the babies for one night to make sure you’re ok with taking them home. We declined the offer…I just wanted them home with me….I was SO sick of the hospital and the beeping monitors. This morning I offered Jeff the chance to “room in” with the babies for an entire day so he could get used to all their crazy before I go on vacation. He declined the offer. Gee, I wonder why? Haha.

I just wanted to see your babies. Thank you for agreeing with my comment on Stacie’s blog, twins are a lot of work without other people telling us what we are doing wrong, aren’t they? I’m so glad that Stacie backed us up.
Your girls are beautiful! They look very “real” to me! I’ve never been asked that question, but I always thought my answer would be “If they weren’t real, don’t you think I’d turn them off sometimes?”

That hair! Oh my! I have such hair envy. I’m sorry teething is making your babies
(and you) miserable. I, alas, have complete sympathy. I know they sound like the
stupidest idea ever, but have you tried teething necklaces? I swear these things make
the process less miserable.
