Weight Watchers Week 1 Weight Loss: 4.5 pounds
Observations this week:
* Coffee AND espresso use 4-5 points of my daily alloted 20. You would think this would encourage me to give one of them up. Nope, coffee is non negotiable….even if I am starving all day.
* While on WW I eat much more healthy. I rarely eat enough fruits and veggies normally, now I am forced to eat veggies because they are zero points and I am STARVED.
* Week one is the hardest. Going from snacking and eating everything and anything to eating enough food to feed a mouse is a BIG adjustment.
*Losing 4+ pounds in one week is total encouragement to stay away from the donuts!!

Pictures of my post-partum belly are going up on the new blog tomorrow. Scared but excited at the same time!!!

Yay for 4lbs. I’ve not been doing so well this week, but I’m going to keep pluggin along. I’ve been really tired this week and that makes me want to comfort eat.
