While I am still officially doing Weight Watchers I haven’t logged my points or for that matter logged on at all for a couple of weeks. I eat the same thing everyday (except for dinner) so I know I’m within my allotted points*. Plus I’m still losing weight so I’m not worried. I am however finding myself thinking eh, I’m over it. I am 1.5 pounds away from my original goal of 12 pounds and all of my clothes fit, I feel good, and minus the twin skin I’m overall happy. Now if only I could get my booty to the gym and get some muscle!!!!!
Weight Watchers Week 6 Weight Loss: 1.5 pounds
Total Lost: 10.5 pounds
*For those curious I drink my cup of coffee with Sugar Free Vanilla Creamer. I eat a Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt with 1/8 cup of Back to Nature Apple Strawberry Granola for breakfast. For lunch I eat a frozen Weight Watcher Pasta Primavera which I add 1/2 cup of raw carrots. Snack is espresso with Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce and Fat Free milk with a Weight Watchers 1 point Zinger like thingy (the Chocolate and Lemon ones are really good). Dinner I eat whatever I cook and I don’t limit my portion. Weekends are harder because Jeff is home and we get take out. So far I’ve been sensible, but it is getting harder and harder. I want some 50 points Olive Garden and breadsticks!!!! So I think my Weight Watchers stint is coming to an end. Now it is all about maintaining the 12 pounds I lost and getting fit. Wish me luck!!!
