Just doing my job of reminding Americans everywhere of the Canadians in their lives.
I even dressed my kids matching in honor of the day (and the daycare did a
Canada Day art project, how sweet is that?).

Thanks so much for the Canada Day wishes! Grandma was unfortunatly incapacited by a
extremely debilatating back spasm. When I went to work on Monday, the on-call Doc
gave me a shot, and some meds., which unfortunatly didn’t work. By Wednesday, when it
was time for work my family Dr. was there, gave me way better meds., and sent me home
til next week. I will remember this Canada Day’ Everyone is fine now, and I took
Grandma some roses from the rosebush in the front yard to put on her dining room table
and share with her tablemat

Leah does her 26 km run on July 6 in Calgary. She says she’s as ready as she will be,
so we’ll be thinking about her. I’ll be sending her a congratulatory email. No matter
what her time is, it’s an umdertaking that I can’t even imagine! So………..jeffrey………
do you thing next year you two could make it a twin thing??
Even thinking of it exhausts me!
